How did you get into this sport?

Fitness was a passion of mine since I was a kid. I started working out when I was 15 and the gym has been a part of my life since that time. I grew up and found it to be a great way to help people changes their lives.

What are the main competitions that you have participated in and what are the prizes and positions you have won?

I compete and finished in the top five at the Arnold Classic South Africa. I also finished in the top five at the Mr. Olympia amateur competition and in the top three at the Dubai Muscle Show.

How long do you spend training per week?

I train each muscle group twice a week, so I workout five to six days a week. Everyone should know that if you don’t give your muscles time to recover, you’ll overload your joints and tendons, which in turn can become sore, or worse—you could give yourself an injury such as tendonitis.

Who do you look up to as a role model?

I look up to Arnold Schwarzenegger as a fitness role model.

Do you follow a certain dietary plan? Can you give some hints about it?

Ialways try to eat healthy, but unfortunately I have a sweet tooth.I always replace chocolate candies and desserts with fruits.I eat three main meals and two snacks per day. I usually prepare my meals by myself to add all the macronutrients, and I eat plenty of vegetables, especially the green ones.

What is your favorite exercise?

My favorite exercise to do is working out my legs.

Do you think people with a good body shape receive more respect and recognition from others? If so, please describe a relevantsituation.

I believe that fitness is the key to being happy—happy body and more importantly a happy mind. Those who are in good shape have the opportunity to be the best version of themselves. They have the opportunity to be strong and fit enough to be confident enough to love themselves and to be a reflection of the goodness inside of them.

What is your dream?

Getting the pro card is my biggest dream.

What does fitness mean to you?

Fitness changed my life, and now I use it to help other people change their own lives! Fitness empowers.

Helping people to achieve their goals makes all the hard work worthwhile. I love helping others be the best they can be: healthy, happy, enthusiastic, energetic, and inspired. I offer dietary plans and online exercises for people who can't join my team and have the power to make their lives better.
