Synchronized Swimming

Venue: Olympic Park – Aquatics Centre
Date: 5-10 Aug 2010
Last appearance: Beijing 2008

For the second time in a row, the Synchronized Swimming Egyptian team has successfully booked a place in the Olympics, after they got the best ranking for an African team in the 14th FINA world championship which was held in Shanghai 2011 The team’s first appearance was at Beijing 2008, but it wasn’t a major achievement because of the team members were very young at that time. We hope that they have gained enough experience for these games.
After Shanghai 2011 they started their preparation for the games by traveling to the trophy tournament which was held in Beijing, China 2011, plus a lot of hard work as they train for 5-6 hours daily.

The best Olympic achievement

It was when the Egyptian team got the 8th place in Beijing 2008 in their first appearance in the Olympic games.
